Position: Post Order Coordinator

Requirements:
• High level verbal and writing English;
• Good skills in Excel;
• Technical or business degree, experience in Procurement or planning;
• 3-5 years’ PSCM experience.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for expediting activities within the PSCM team for assigned scope;
• Advise PSCM lead of potential delays that may have impact on Project schedule;
• Maintain and constantly update Project procurement and expediting reports (ESR, PSR);
• Responsible for ensuring Expediting support is functioning in accordance with the Project's schedule, procedures and work instructions;
• Monitor all aspects of performance of Purchase Orders / Service Orders and Contracts within the assigned packages, and report issues where appropriate;
• Participate in identification of under-performing vendors and immediately report to PSCM for timely corrective actions for recovery;
• Liaise with and hold regular meetings with subcontractors/suppliers and internal meetings with the Project Team to discuss the packages’ status and define the outstanding points and issues (if any);
• Interface with all supplier, sub-supplier and manufacturing bases which provide equipment / materials directly or indirectly to the project;
• Provide a weekly narrative and digital report detailing actual and planned activities and any areas of concern for the packages;
• Attend project PSR and ESR meetings to ensure awareness of project priorities for equipment and material deliveries by team and subcontractor/suppliers;
• Work with Project Quality and Logistics team to advise of inspection or load out readiness of the assigned equipment and/or materials;
