Job Title: Hydraulic Engineer
Responsibilities
Perform basic hydraulic calculations for optimization of hydraulic system (pressure, flow, engine power, etc.)
Identifies potential trouble-shootings in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Checks the productivity of the hydraulic system.
Supervise and carry out pipe work and equipment installation tasks in accordance with good engineering practice.
Ensure that all equipment under their control complies with statutory requirements and is maintained at all times in a safe condition or is otherwise completely withdrawn from service.
Have knowledge of performing engineering design,projection of the systems,maintain and repair of hydraulic equipment (pumps, cylinders, valves, etc.)
Deal with analyzing the hydraulic structures and conducting the hydrologic analysis, designing structures, leading and supporting the relevant tasks.
Ability to calculate a budget and follow it.
Good knowledge of topography.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor or higher degree in civil works with specialty in hydraulics
Minimum 3 years of experience in design or supervision of pipe laying
Willingness to work in the field to supervise field investigations and pipe laying works
Relational ability with contractors and customers
Good command of English written and spoken
Ability to write reports in English and Azeri(Russian may be interesting)
Aptitude to travel in neighboring countries
