Help Desk Specialist will assist the company employees in computer operations: managing hardware and software, supporting and training end-users, assisting in analyzing user needs and recommending upgrades, and monitoring performance of systems.

Candidates with an educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field who has functional knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, MS Office applications, and PC hardware and software configuration are welcome to apply for the role.
