“Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan” OJSC IT Department  Business Analyst vacancy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field;
• Analytical mental set / ability to think big;
• Minimum 3 years in Banking sector;
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role;
• Ability to work in a team, to make decisions independently and ability to work under pressure;
• Understanding business and technology needs;
• Desire to develop professionally;
• Experience in automating of processes (business processes, IT processes);
• Understanding of software development processes (SDLC);
• Russian/English/Turkish language at correspondence / communication levels;
• Strong Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL;
• Develop functional specifications;
• Problem solving abilities and analytical mindset;

Responsibilities:

• Discussing the technical tasks with IT or partners;
• Monitoring of the requirements;
• Submitting of the acceptance test for the partners;
• Creating reports for business departments;
• Testing new functionality;
• Registration and analysis of all requests from business departments to IT Department;
• Setting configuration in core banking system;
• Always be informed about technological trends and developments.
